When you arrive:

• Guest Parking: There's guest parking just outside the main gate
• Gate Access: If the gate is closed, use the keypad beside the gate to buzz for entry
• Direction: Once through the gate, turn left
• Office Location: The concierge office is the first one on your left past the gate
• Package Collection: Your parcel will be on the outside shelf, clearly labeled with your order details
